#1340 17:36 - I was looking for this cache long minutes, climbing arround nearby fontain and examining the benches so long, that I missed the visit of Citanea . And it was so easy! Thanks!

#1341 19:24 - I really enjoyed visiting Gil Eannes. As a man from a landlocked country I'm fascinated by sea and ships, especially the ones in (almost?) ready state. I guess I was the last visitor this day, so I was alone and could examine all the rooms undisturbed. The only problem was time - I came late (I was late all this day ) so I was left with only 30 minutes to see the whole ship (!).

Then I calculated the coordinates and walked along the quay for the cache. It's hidden on nice place, indeed. I was alone here, too, and sun was not exactly setting, but preparing for it. Thanks for the cache!

#1342 19:43 - Going back from Navio Gil Eanes cache final I passed by the Fortress of St. Jacob, so I couldn't left its cache unlogged, too. Between the steep walls the GPS signal wasn't too accurate, so I had to examined several places in a 30 m perimeter, but eventually I succeded. Thanks for the cache!

GC20CXD - Cidade Amiga dos Animais [Viana do Castelo] (marioafonso, placed 30.10.2009)

#1343 21:04 - Before leaving Viana do Castelo I took a walk, after my supper. Coming here at dark, it wasn't obvious, where to look for the cache. So, at firts, I thoroughly examined the bottom of the bridge...

But it turned to be a lot easier! Thanks!

#1344 21:21 - I came to a dark park and started to look for the cache. Nearby, there was a father with a little child enjoying the slide and other toys - quite an impossible image in our country, but I had already known, that the life in Portugal is shifted several hours towards the night.

After the father managed to take his child home(?), I could finally find the cache and log my visit. Thanks!
